Prior to this role, Annette Rihs worked at Willi Studer AG from 1990 to 2014, focusing on personnel management, property management, and accounting. Annette Rihs holds a certification as HR-Fachfrau mit eidg. Fachausweis in Betriebsliches Human Resource Management, obtained through HRSE Human Resources Swiss Exams from 2017 to 2018, and also studied at NBW Zürich during the same period.
