Derek Griffin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation and support services management within the hospitality and retail technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Implementation Services at HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems since March 2019, Derek also previously held the position of Support Services Manager overseeing software and hardware support. Prior to HRS, Derek held senior roles at Toast, Inc. and Oracle, with a strong background in implementation management at MICROS Systems Inc. Additionally, Derek owned and published Coffee News®, a community publication, demonstrating entrepreneurship. Early career positions include an Accounting Supervisor at Lyons Group, LTD, and an Assistant Operations Manager at That’s Entertainment Inc.
