Gvantsa Badashvili has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in accounting and auditing. Gvantsa started their career in 2011 as a Junior Auditor at Royal Audit LTD and then moved on to work as an External Auditor at Financial Solutions Group FSG in 2012. In 2013, they joined Aversi Pharma as an Internal Auditor, and later transitioned to the role of Chief Accountant at Georgian Technical Group LTD from 2009 to 2013. Gvantsa then worked as an accountant at Europebet from 2015 to 2017. After that, they held the position of Accountant at BADA LTD from 2017 to 2019, and as Deputy Chief Accountant at Baltic Investment Group from 2018 to 2019. Gvantsa Badashvili obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University between 2006 and 2010.
