Previously, Miguel worked as a Senior System & PMS Functional Analyst at Fractalia, focusing on system consultancy and support for Melia Hotels International. Prior to that, extensive experience was gained at MICROS Systems Inc, providing 24/7 support and consultancy for various PMS applications and Oracle databases over a seven-year period. Miguel also has a background in IT support with IBM, where responsibilities included troubleshooting IT issues for major clients, and early career experience as a Navigation Device Developer and Owner of Pub Aquarius. Educationally, Miguel holds a certificate as a Chemical Plant Operator from Th. Goldschmidt AG & Berufskolleg Essen West.
