Petia Markova is an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in the hospitality and retail technology sectors. Currently leading a team at HRS since October 2019, Petia specializes in operations, project delivery, and technical support for Oracle Cloud and on-premise hospitality products in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Oracle Australia, where expertise in Oracle Opera products was developed, and as an Opera Specialist at Micros Fidelio Bulgaria, managing product documentation and training.
