Ian Wayne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and consulting, currently serving as Head of Product at HRSG since December 2011. In this role, Ian provides expertise to both private and public-sector clients in areas such as competency architecture design, job analysis, and talent management software implementation. Prior to this, Ian worked as a freelance Research Analyst and in various production roles within the film industry, successfully delivering multiple TV projects for CBC. Ian holds an MSc with Distinction in Organisational Psychology from Alliance Manchester Business School and an MSc with Distinction in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University, as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Capilano University and a BA Hons in History and Philosophy from the University of York.
