Lorraine McKay is a co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Human Resource Systems Group (HRSG), where expertise in competency-based human resource management informs the design of solutions tailored to clients' human capital needs. Prior to HRSG, Lorraine managed corporate staffing and selection programs at Canada Post, having advanced from a consultant role in Organization Development. Earlier career experience includes serving as a psychologist at the Personnel Psychology Centre within the Government of Canada, where assessment centers were designed and middle-level managers were coached. Lorraine holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Carleton University.
