In this role, Mark manages external consulting projects focused on talent assessment and organizational performance improvements, employing analytical techniques to interpret and report employee survey results and collaborating with clients across diverse organizational levels. Mark's prior experience includes significant roles at Metrics@Work, where management of employee engagement surveys was a key responsibility, and a contract position as a Data Analyst at Jacaranda Research Consultants, where data analysis and survey design were central tasks. Mark's educational background includes a Master of Applied Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies & Psychology from St. Lawrence University.
