Sadaf Hatif

Sadaf Hatif brings more than a decade of experience in human resources to lead HRSG Outsourcing where she manages a workforce of more than 30,000 employees for clients across a wide range of corporate and local industries. Her work has helped bring a paradigm shift from a traditional contractor model to vendor managed services in the industry. Prior to HRSG, she has held HR and finance leadership roles at Lowe and Rauf Pakistan, Telecard and Transworld Publicity. Sadaf is a graduate of Karachi University and is a senior certified HR professional from the Society of Human Resource Management. She enjoys films, travel and trying out new cuisines.
