Cesar Moreno Gonzalez, E.I.T. has had a varied and extensive work experience. In 2018, they worked as a Regional Manager and Systems Engineer at HRST, Inc. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they were involved in a variety of projects such as Mobile Rocket Engine Test Stand, Heat Exchanger Design, Piping and Pump Flow Project, Heat Pump Configurations, Video Editor, Stable and Unstable Plant Controllers, Temperature Controlled Room, and Solid Works Modeling. In 2016, they worked at VIGA ENERGY PARTNERS, LLC as a Combined Cycle Power Plant. From 2015 to 2018, they were also self-employed, working on a Kit Car Project (Mercedes Gazelle 1929). Additionally, in 2015, they worked at Cal Poly Pomona as a NoteTaker and at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona as an Excel VBA Programmer and Machining Project.

Cesar Moreno Gonzalez, E.I.T. completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2018. Prior to that, they attended Steele Canyon High School from 2009 to 2013.
