David Freed has extensive experience in the welding and inspection industry. At HRV Conformance Verification Associates, Inc., David works as a CWI, conducting inspections on bridge girder and crossframes for VDOT and Maryland. Prior to this, David worked at QAM as a Lead Inspector, focusing on inspections on Hygienic & Non-Hygienic piping. With a background in fabrication at Landis Inc. and various welding education programs, David possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in their field.
