Toni Glavinic

Toni Glavinic is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in banking technology and operations. Currently serving as Deputy Director of Information Technology and Director of System Support Department at Hrvatska poštanska banka, d.d., Toni previously held the position of Director of Information Technology at Nova hrvatska banka and Sberbank d.d. Croatia. At Addiko Bank Hrvatska, Toni held various leadership roles, including Group Director of Services & Support DevOps, overseeing application operations and development. With a solid foundation as a Senior System Engineer at Zagrebačka banka and earlier experience as a System Engineer at the Croatian Bureau of Statistics, Toni has built a career focused on IT strategy, infrastructure development, and team management. Toni holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the University of Zagreb.
