Goran Toplek has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked at Hrvatski Telekom since February 1997 in various roles, including RAN Planning and Optimization Director and Head of Project Management Workunit. Responsibilities include the introduction of project-oriented network element deployment, defining project management processes, and monitoring execution and reporting. Previously, Goran served as a RAN Engineer and Drive Test Group Head, focusing on drive testing, radio measurement software development, and team management. Prior to Hrvatski Telekom, Goran worked as a Radio Frequency Engineer at Pelcom and as a Broadcast Technician/Programme Realizator at Radio 101. Goran holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Zagreb, obtained in October 1996.
