Ivan Bartulovic

Ivan Bartulovic serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Management Board Member at Hrvatski Telekom since March 2019, overseeing Customer Operations, Digital Sales & Support, and Human Resources. Previously, Ivan held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer and Board Member at VIPnet d.o.o. from September 2016 to March 2019, where responsibilities included leading HR and Corporate Communications for the Croatia-Macedonia Cluster in Telekom Austria Group. Ivan’s career also includes a decade at CEMEX as Human Resources Director, focusing on strategic HR functions, and roles in HR administration at PBZ. With a strong educational background that includes multiple MBA degrees and a postgraduate executive education from Harvard Business School, Ivan combines extensive experience in management, human resources, and business strategy.
