Luka Samaržija

Luka Samaržija is an accomplished leader in IT and software development, currently serving as the Director of R&D, Architecture, Integration, OSS, and B2B at Hrvatski Telekom since March 2020, managing a team of over 60 professionals. With a robust background in business and IT transformation, Luka previously held positions as the Head of R&D at Hrvatski Telekom and as a Program Manager and Department Head at Iskon Internet d.d., where responsibilities included overseeing architecture, team leadership, and vendor management. Luka's technical expertise includes developing customer-facing applications and leading multiple successful projects, supported by a strong educational foundation with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Zagreb.
