From July 1, 2024, Nataša Rapaić holds the position of President of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer of Hrvatski Telekom.
Since 2013, she has been a member of the Management Board and chief operating officer for private customers (COOR) in Hrvatsko Telekom, in charge of sales, marketing, customer and technical services for private customers. She joined the HT Group in 2003 and held several management positions: operational director of the Marketing Sector for private users, member of the T-Com Executive Board and chief marketing director, and executive director of the Corporate Communications Subunit.
During her career, she was an economic analyst in the Economic Office at the Embassy of Spain, a financial analyst in the investment department of the Grupo Caixa Galicia bank, and a consultant in the Madrid office of Europraxis Consulting on Telefónica Móviles projects.
She graduated from the Faculty of Economics, and obtained a degree in Business Management (MBA) from IE in Madrid.
