Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Hrvatski Telekom oversees the planning, execution, and completion of various projects across the company, including fixed and mobile telephony, Internet, IPTV, and international communications. This team ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating resources and stakeholders. Additionally, they focus on strategic initiatives, privacy and personal data protection, business marketing, and franchise partner coordination.
