Amani Farid is a dynamic HR leader with over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development. Currently serving as Human Resources Consultant at IMC Expand Ltd, Amani advises senior management on aligning HR strategies with business goals while implementing comprehensive talent acquisition frameworks. Previously, Amani has held significant roles such as Acting Human Resources Manager at ARTOC Group and Head of Human Resources at HS Group, where Amani was instrumental in developing employee retention programs and HR policies.
