Oliver Baker

Oliver Baker has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Oliver is currently the Head of People Strategy, Planning & Insight at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd since August 2021. Before that, they were the Head of Employee Engagement at the same company from October 2020 to May 2022. From 2018 to 2020, Oliver worked as the Director of Change and Transformation at OJB Management Ltd, where they focused on organizational behavior and transformational interventions. Oliver also served as the Head of Business Change HR at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd from May 2018 to July 2019, leading the transformation of the HR function. Prior to that, Oliver worked at AECOM as the Director, Corporate Super User and Regional Director, Organizational Development, where they played a key role in implementing a project management technology platform and managing change programs. Oliver also gained experience as a Senior Project Manager at Edmond Shipway LLP, a Project Manager at Jacobs Engineering, and a Production Controller at Conde Nast Publications.

Oliver Baker earned their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Birkbeck, University of London, from 2015 to 2017. Oliver also completed courses in Psychometrics and Quantitative Psychology at The British Psychological Society in 2014. In 2007, Oliver obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from APM Group. Additionally, they have a Diploma in Art Direction & Design from the Red & Yellow School.
