Lead Document Controller at HS2

Steven Poulter has extensive work experience in document control. From 2016 onwards, they worked as a Lead Document Controller at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd, where they maintained entries in the EDMS and ensured correct and up-to-date metadata. Additionally, they advised departments on managing document lifecycles for clear audit trails.

Before that, they worked at Amec Foster Wheeler from 2001 to 2015 as a Senior Document Control Supervisor/Consultant. Their responsibilities included setting up the Electronic Document Management System, writing project-specific procedures, training employees, and managing project deliverables.

Steven Poulter attended Mid Cheshire College from 1984 to 1985, where they obtained a BTEC in General Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended North Cestrian Grammar School in Altrincham, Cheshire, England from 1979 to 1985, where they completed Ordinary Level Examinations in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they obtained a certification in BTEC General Business Studies from BTEC in 1985.
