Chaz Rodriguez

Chaz Rodriguez serves as the Senior Managing Director - Associate General Counsel at HSA Bank, a division of Webster Bank, N.A., since October 2019, providing legal guidance and support to senior leadership and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Previously, as Vice President - Associate Legal Counsel at Northwestern Mutual from May 2015 to May 2019, Chaz managed a substantial real estate portfolio, closed significant commercial loans, and advised on legal matters. Prior experience at J Peterman Legal Group Ltd. as an Attorney involved advocating for financial institutions, litigating numerous cases, and supervising a team of attorneys. Early career experience includes serving as an Unemployment Insurance Adjudicator at the State of Wisconsin. Chaz holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
