Mark Karsteadt

Mark Karsteadt has extensive experience in the financial services sector, having served at HSA Bank, a division of Webster Bank, N.A., since September 2008 in various roles, culminating as Director, Partner Services Leader. Prior positions at HSA Bank include Partner Services Manager AVP, Contact Center Manager, and multiple customer service roles. Additionally, Mark is the Owner of LunchboxKicks, LLC, since August 2020. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing from Lakeland University, which was completed in May 2005, after attending the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from August 1998 to May 2000.
