Nicole Leahy

Nicole Leahy began their career in 2007 as an HSA Operations Temp at HSA Bank, a division of Webster Bank, N.A. Nicole then held various roles within the company, including HSA Operations Coordinator, Senior HSA Operations Coordinator, Lead HSA Operations Coordinator, Business Information Analyst, and Continuous Improvement Business Analyst. In these roles, Nicole led cross-functional teams, taught continuous improvement tools, achieved Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and generated significant cost savings. Nicole also worked as an Office Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2009.

Nicole Leahy graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2010 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, General. In 2018, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University.
