Hazan Gunay

Hazan Gunay is an accomplished professional in the field of avionics and systems engineering, currently serving as Founder and CEO of HSB Solutions since February 2022 and as a Partner at LEAP Global since April 2025. Previously, Gunay held significant roles at Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation as the Avionics Integration and Test Team Leader and Specialist, and at Aselsan, where responsibilities included leading integrated product teams for smart display systems and managing major defense projects like the Turkish Utility Helicopter Program and modernization efforts for the F-16. Gunay's educational background includes a Master of Science in Microelectronics and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
