Kubra Koparan - Msc

Kubra Koparan, MSc, PMP®, currently serves as the Head of Business & Operations at HSB Solutions, where efforts focus on driving operational excellence through innovative strategies and adaptability. In addition, Kubra is a Managing Partner at LEAP Global, a movement aimed at empowering engineers to transition into entrepreneurship. Previous experience includes a project management role at Aerotim Engineering Ltd., coordinating project plans and communication, and earlier positions providing support in engineering and library settings at Middle East Technical University Northern Cyprus Campus. Kubra holds a non-thesis Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
