Richard Dunne

Richard Dunne currently serves as the Head of Commercial Finance at HSB | UK and Ireland since April 2025. Previously, Richard held various positions at RSA from December 1999 to December 2024, including Global Head of Regulatory Reporting, Head of Group Regulatory Reporting, and Regulatory Systems & Data Quality Leader for both UK and International markets. Additional roles at RSA included UK SII Technical Design Lead, UK SII Disclosure and PRA Return Lead, and Finance Transformation / Remediation Project Accountant, among others. Prior to RSA, Richard worked as a Management Accountant at Parisa and as a Trainee Management Accountant at KWIK Save. Richard's early career included a position as an Assistant Aviation Analyst at Flying Colours Corp.
