Adam has held various managerial positions at Silicon Valley Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and HSBC Innovation Banking. With a strong background in AML/KYC compliance and regulatory change management, Adam has also worked as a reporting analyst and process design consultant. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise from Canterbury Christ Church University. Prior to their banking career, Adam worked as a Compliance Coordinator at Ipsos and as a Team Lead Manager at VINTAGE INNS LTD.
