Carla Giardino

Carla Giardino currently serves as Director of HSBC Ventures - Innovation Lending at HSBC Innovation Banking since January 2023. Previously, Carla held the position of Strategy Business Development at HSBC from November 2021 to December 2022 and was the Director of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Head of US Equities Syndicate from July 2013 to August 2020. Prior experience includes working as an Associate in Investment Banking at Barclays from February 2007 to February 2013. Carla holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), earned in September 2021.
