Lily Gao

Lily Gao is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Representative at HSBC Innovation Banking since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lily held similar positions at Silicon Valley Bank from May 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included being an Executive Assistant to the EMEA COO and leading HR initiatives. In addition, Lily founded CHILY Boutique in 2019 and has held various executive assistant roles at Macro Advisory Partners, Lomar Shipping, and HOK. Early in their career, Lily worked as a shipbroker at Braemar Shipping Services PLC. Lily Gao holds a Master of Arts in International Business Management from Regent's University London, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Leeds, and is currently pursuing CIPD qualifications to further enhance HR consulting skills.
