Richard Faulkner

Richard Faulkner is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in technology banking and financial services. Currently serving as Managing Director at HSBC Innovation Banking since June 2018, Richard leads in Technology Banking. Prior to this, Richard held the position of Northern Head of Tech, Media and Telecoms at Barclays from September 2009 to June 2018. Earlier in Richard's career, an Area Director role was fulfilled at Bank of Scotland from October 1999 to September 2009, overseeing a banking team in Cheshire and North Staffordshire. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Services from Sheffield Hallam University.
