Tom Burgess

Tom Burgess is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in advisory services and credit solutions. Currently serving as Managing Director of Advisory Services and Sector Head of Credit Solutions at HSBC Innovation Banking since December 2019, Tom previously held the position of Director - Origination at Investec from May 2018 to December 2019. Earlier, Tom worked at HSBC from July 2014 to May 2018, progressing through roles of Associate Director and Director, and began his career at Rabobank, where Tom served as Trainee and Associate Director from September 2006 to July 2014. Academically, Tom holds a BSc (Hons) in International Business Economics from Lancaster University and A-Levels in Physics, Maths, and Economics from Loreto College.
