Ahmed Saiful Islam

Ahmed Saiful Islam has significant experience in the banking and finance sector, with a career spanning several years at prominent institutions such as Citi and HSBC. At Citi, Ahmed held roles including Payments & E-Banking Products and Implementation Manager and Management Associate from August 2004 to January 2006. Subsequently, Ahmed worked at HSBC from November 2015 to September 2016, where responsibilities included Senior Manager and Chief of Staff for Wealth & Personal Banking in South Asia, as well as roles in transformation planning and project management. More recently, from August 2022 to July 2023, Ahmed served as Senior Manager for Product & Proposition in International Wealth & Personal Banking, Asia Pacific. Academically, Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration, Dhaka University, and possesses a Master of Science in European Business from Ecole de Management de Lyon, along with a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the Asian Institute of Technology.
