Ajikumar Nair

Ajikumar Nair is a seasoned technology management professional with three decades of experience in leading and transforming technology infrastructure organizations. They held senior leadership roles at notable companies including Wells Fargo India, where they managed a team of 300 professionals responsible for global enterprise network and cyber security services, and currently serve as the Global Head of Next Generation Networks at HSBC. Their extensive background includes overseeing large-scale IT operations, implementing automation capabilities, and driving technology transformations that enhance efficiency and resilience. Ajikumar earned a B.E. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College and is currently pursuing an MBA in Information Technology at The ICFAI University, Tripura.
