Albert W. Thweatt

Albert W. Thweatt, II, Esq. is the Head of U.S. Conduct Risk Compliance at HSBC, where they manage the Compliance Program focusing on Conduct and UDAP/UDAAP matters. Previously, they served as Global Lead Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Citi and held various compliance and legal roles at American Express, Capital One, and SunTrust. Albert also worked as General Counsel for REDC Community Capital Group and shared knowledge as an adjunct professor at Virginia State University. Currently, they are pursuing multiple degrees, including a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, and an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology from the University of Virginia.
