Alex Grievson is currently the Head of European Hedge Fund Research at HSBC, where they have been since 2021. They have significant experience in alternative investments, having covered research and business development throughout Europe, the US, and Asia. Prior to their role at HSBC, Alex worked in hedge fund research at Mesirow Financial from 2010 to 2018 and held various positions as an Investment Analyst at Amundi Alternative Investments and Bourne Park Capital. Alex is pursuing a BSc in International Securities, Investment and Banking at the ICMA Centre, where they are on track to achieve first-class honors.
