Alexander Posharow

Alexander Posharow is a seasoned compliance professional currently serving as the US Head of Surveillance at HSBC. With twenty years of combined experience in regulation, surveillance, and technology development, they have held various leadership roles at organizations such as UBS, Credit Suisse, and FINRA. Alexander has extensive expertise in developing and managing compliance and financial crime investigation programs across multiple financial products, and has a proven track record of successfully turning around struggling surveillance programs. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Boston University and completed additional studies at the Questrom School of Business.
