Andrew Glynn

Andrew Glynn is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in equity financing and derivatives. Since July 2007, Andrew has served as Managing Director at HSBC, specializing in financial sponsorship and UK corporate solutions within Strategic Equity & Financing. Previously, Andrew held roles at Deutsche Bank as Deputy Head of (OTC) Rates, where responsibilities included supporting hedge fund derivatives, and as an Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, focusing on structured credit and project financing. Andrew began a legal career as a Solicitor at Linklaters, concentrating on derivatives and capital markets. Academically, Andrew holds a BA and MA from the University of Cambridge, as well as a CPE and LPC in Law from The College of Law.
