Baldeep Walia

Baldeep Walia is an ESG Data, BI, and Analytics leader currently at HSBC, where they lead the Climate Risk Data Delivery and establish strategic BI capabilities for the data and analytics team. Over the past five years at HSBC, Baldeep has spearheaded multiple BI and data initiatives and technology governance programs. Formerly, they directed the Digital Analytics practice at Course5 Intelligence, managing significant client projects in the U.S., and headed the BPM analytics function at Maersk. With over 17 years of experience, Baldeep has held various roles at Dell and Evalueserve, showcasing a robust background in analytics and business intelligence. Baldeep holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws and Forensics from the National Law School of India University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Bio-Medical from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
