Benjamin Moureaux

Benjamin Moureaux is the Managing Director and Head of Financial Sponsor Coverage France at HSBC, where they currently lead initiatives in financial advisory. With a strong background in M&A, they have a proven track record advising private equity and corporate clients, particularly in the industrials sector. Previously, Benjamin held roles as Director in M&A Advisory at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, as well as Vice President in the Global Industrials Group at Credit Suisse. Their earlier experience includes working as an Analyst in M&A at Ohana & Co. and as a Consultant in Transaction Services and Restructuring at Ernst & Young. Benjamin earned an MSc in Management, Finance from EMLYON Business School.
