Bradley Welland

Bradley Welland is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in regulatory reporting and change management within the banking sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at HSBC since August 2019, Bradley leads the Group-wide Regulatory Reporting remediation programme and oversees Regulatory & Mandatory Change for Global Markets & Securities Services. Previous roles include Director positions at Barclays Investment Bank and Credit Suisse, where successful programs improved controls and compliance. Bradley's career commenced at KPMG UK and EY, and includes an MBA from Henley Business School. Academic qualifications also feature a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Central Lancashire and a B.S. from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
