Bruce Haydon

Bruce Haydon, FRM, is a seasoned leader in AI governance and enterprise risk management with over 15 years of experience in financial services. Currently, as the Global Head of Treasury Model Risk at HSBC, Bruce oversees a multinational team, managing the end-to-end model risk lifecycle and ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks. Previously, Bruce served as the Americas Risk Governance and Control Officer at HSBC and held senior positions at Citi, including Senior Vice President for Recovery and Resolution Planning. Bruce is actively pursuing multiple degrees, including an MBA in Finance and a Master’s in Applied Mathematics.
