Christina Basta

Christina Basta is the Director and Head of Product at HSBC, where they lead product strategy. Previously, they held senior managerial roles at HSBC, including Senior Manager of Portfolio Risk/Data Governance and Interim Senior Manager of Sales Business Development. Christina also worked as a Business Development Manager at Westpac Banking Corporation, where they achieved top sales rankings and significantly grew client portfolios. Their career began as a Client Services Team Leader at Mortgage House of Australia, where they implemented strategies that reduced discharge rates and created new business opportunities. Christina holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and has studied at both ESSEC Business School and the University of Technology, Sydney.
