Claire Filgate is currently the Global Program Director at HSBC, specializing in operations transformation and strategy. Previously, they served as Director and Regional Head of Central Change Delivery for GBM APAC at HSBC, where they led a team focused on business consultancy, lean methodologies, and operational risk management. Claire's extensive background also includes roles as a Senior VP in Programme Management at Credit Suisse First Boston, and as an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, where they oversaw conduct risk and change management initiatives.
