Dale Jones is a Senior Manager in Global Regulatory Policy & Advisory at HSBC, specializing in traded risk. Previously, they served as Vice President of EMEA Capital Policy at J.P. Morgan, where they focused on the interpretation of UK and EU regulatory capital rules. Prior to that, Dale was a Senior Capital Supervisor at the Bank of England, recognized for developing a comprehensive Data Strategy and contributing to key financial stability reports. They hold a First Class Honours Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Surrey and a Master’s in Central Banking from the University of Warwick.
