Dan Palomaki

Dan Palomaki is currently the Managing Director and Financial Controller for Corporate and Institutional Banking at HSBC, where they oversee accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting for the Americas. Previously, Dan served as a Managing Director at Citigroup from 2002 to 2024, responsible for financial reporting to management and regulatory agencies across various business sectors. Dan was also a Partner at Arthur Andersen from 1988 to 2002 and held the position of Practice Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board from 1998 to 2000. Dan is pursuing a Master of Accounting and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
