Dilum Jirasinghe

Dilum Jirasinghe is an experienced professional in talent management and leadership development, having held senior roles across various organizations. Notably, Dilum served as the Global Head of Executive Talent and Head of Learning and Talent Development at HSBC from February 2020 to March 2022, where responsibilities included developing strategies for the UK, Europe, and MENAT regions. Prior to HSBC, Dilum was the Global Head of Talent and Leadership at Vodafone, focusing on global talent and leadership initiatives. At Korn Ferry Hay Group, from February 2001 to March 2018, Dilum acted as a Senior Client Partner, specializing in strategic HR solutions. Earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources Manager at TESCO and Occupational Psychologist at the Metropolitan Police. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Psychology with Occupational Psychology from the University of Hull and a PhD in Management Competencies from the Royal Docks School of Business and Law at UEL.
