Aaron Kliner

Aaron Kliner is an experienced professional in the field of executive talent attraction and search, currently serving as the Global Head of Executive Talent Attraction at SAP. Previously, Aaron held significant positions at IBM, including Director of Global Executive Search & Integration and Manager of Executive Search Americas and Global Research/Market Intel. Aaron's expertise was further developed at Diversified Search as Vice President of Business Intelligence and Search Operations, and at CTPartners as Business Intelligence Manager for Global Consumer/Retail. Earlier in the career, Aaron worked at Korn Ferry as both Associate and Senior Research Associate, focusing on Consumer/Retail and Financial Markets. Aaron earned a BA in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Florida State University and Shepherd University.
