Ed Velazquez has extensive experience in the financial sector, beginning as Department Manager of Production Control at Household Credit Services from 1992 to 1997. Following this, Ed held the position of Vice President at Bank of America from 1997 to 1999. From September 2012 to January 2015, Ed served in multiple senior roles at HSBC, including Vice President of Global Operations Support for Latin America and North America, Regional Head of Operations Support for North America, and Regional Head of Contact Management for North and Latin America. In these roles, Ed was responsible for oversight of quality assurance, learning and development in collections and customer care, as well as managing operations related to production control and collections for the US Consumer & Mortgage Lending division.
