Elena McLoughlin

Elena McLoughlin is an experienced business development professional currently serving as the Business Development Director at HSBC since July 2025. Prior to this role, Elena held various positions at Close Brothers Asset Finance and Leasing, including Area Sales Manager, Sales Development Team Leader, and Sales Development Executive from November 2020 to June 2025. Elena's earlier experience includes serving as an Account Executive at REED from July 2019 to November 2020 and completing a Communications Support Industrial Placement Year at GSK in 2017-2018. Elena began the career at Waitrose & Partners as a Customer Service Assistant from October 2013 to December 2016.
