Emma Couper

Emma Couper is a highly adaptable and self-motivated leader with over 20 years of experience in operations, emergency planning, and human resource management across various technical fields and countries. They served as an Army Officer in the British Army and held significant roles at organizations such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they were EMEA Risk Business Manager, and HSBC, where they currently work as Head of Governance and Delivery for Cybersecurity Assessment and Testing. Emma holds a degree in English Literature and Language from The University of Manchester and continues to pursue their education at Theale Green School.
